Valentine treat holder

I did this at Monika's for the make n take...would be great for a nursing home treat or Easter/whatever

I used a toilet paper roll and measured off 1.25 inches and the strip of paper is the same but 6 inches long and glued it on with sticky strip.....

ribbon scallop punch is used for the handle....and the heart embosslit is used for the front
