One of the simple valentine cards for FROM OUR HEARTS ministry

It is very difficult for me to do simple cards....and this is as simple as it gets....the happy heart is popped...love the simplicity...that is what I am shooting for....mine are usually too detailed...will continue to do both...but this is an easy card to make and send out....Have a great day!!

One of my class cards this week...using SAB folder and some carryover items

I cased this card from Carol Hickman...love that lady..she is always fun and positive....the difference in my card below is I used Night of Navy cardstock and silver foil paper and the silver thread...and I know, Carol , if you change three items it is  your card but it still looks like yours...lol...so had to post both...

Roomie gifts at Leadership

This first one was from Lynn Starzl...second time we were roomies...missed you Deb....hope to see you at Leadership...loved these....different sizes...from the envelope punch board....

This was from Doctor Lyn the chiropractor...gheez..missed my chance for the backrub....she created these gifts from MDS....wonderful....great to display in my craft place...oh....Dr Lyn gave us some candy...sorry that was eaten ....then I deleted so no chance of that picture showing...lol

These next two were from Susan Carlson.....the first her daughter made....the hershey candy is gone but isn't it cute the way she decorated the bags...and the rubber band bracelet is very cute and inventive...a stamper to further her downline in years to come....the bracelet is started by looping over the first small rubberband...then a small plastic s hook connects the two....very clever...

 This is from Susan Carlson.....have the directions but still haven't made this folded up birthday box...love the idea...one of the things I need to get done this year..the envelope was made from the envelope punch board...

We all had a wonderful time...I am keeping these large pictures of myself....Lynn Starzl and I made an agreement to set a goal and lose so much by convention...am too embarrassed to list the whole amount I need to lose...but will get it off ....didn't put it on that quick ...so will take some time to get off...lol   Linda B and I said the same thing...she is my third upline.....need to make a pack with her...we work better when we set goals and are acountable!!!

An example of the two meals served at Leadership

Stampin Up does everything with class...just love this company...this is the food from one of the two meals we were served (third was boxed)..Salad was different from the precious day but really good...

This was the main entree...grilled chicken (Lynn Starzl was upset because there was not any breading...she llllllooooovvveeeesss that stuff..sorry Lynn!) with herbed mashed potatoes and mixed veggies....

The topper was the dessert...a grilled pound cake with raspberries  and sauce...with whipped cream on the side with a piece of strawberry and the white chocolate straw...loved the presentation...since I mistakenly deleted what was in the camera...and gone is the picture with me and Frenchie...love her tutorials...and some other good pictures ...but if anyone sends me a picture of the other meal...will post, especially the dessert ..it was scrumptious!!!!

Lemon Curd dessert served at Christmas Dinner party

I would love to say I came up with this but I didn't ...lol...wonderful tasty dessert...with lady fingers whipping cream and Lemon Curd (made from scratch)....I should have served smaller servings....too large a serving after Marinated Short Ribs...beans and carrot soup...

Leadership Room

We are loving this room....the suite is wonderful....would love to live like this now and then...lol....

 There are four of us in the room....Lynn who is a chiropractor, Susan a really cute and perky Manager who has really cute little ones....and then there is Lynn and I ....Lynn , her sister Deb and I roomed together in the past at convention....we are laughing a lot....two of us brought laptops....all was going well until I thought I downloaded my pictures...erased them and they were not downloaded....bummer....Lynn gave me her card so I had some pictures but not the people ones....will try to take a few today...I really wanted to post the food.....will take some today...

 there is a couch and chair on the other side of the room and two TV's...not that we have had them on much...

Got a call yesterday from my wonderful friend, JoLane...who checks on my house...would you believe I had a busted pipe and water on the floor in one section.....she went to my neighbor at the Funeral Home across from me Dansby and he called the city, they turned the water off, and Mr Dansby fixed the water pipes..now they are trying to suck the water out today....I am ssssoooo blessed

Poppies and Butterflies
