Walk in the Wild card

Sorry....I am still helping with the work on my leak...now small bath is being remodeled....this is from my class over the weekend....quick 4 x 4 card...this was a masculine class...will post the others within the next few days....and later in the week...go to my site Create with Fran...both here and there...will show you my downline's work....Diane...so talented, and her paintings come right off the page they are ssssssoooo realistic..

I LOVE this set....probably will not resell as it is a great masculine set ...all I used on the embossed watercolor peasant was an aqua painter and crumb cake ink..it actually picked up the cajun very well...hard to see in this photo...but try it ..it gives a reddish tint when used on the watercolor paper

Simply Sketched frame..cased

Yep....this is not my card....a changed a few things...but isn't it wonderful.....you stamp the image twice...and put the fussy cut pieces...I used the single bloom ...the corner jutting out leaf...the middle of flower and the one far piece....just glued then on...except for edges....then used the aqua painter with the cantalope ink and tired to shade light and dark....and then added the crystal effects with a toothpick and then let dry..put the card together later....at end of class....giving it time to dry....

 the white piece .....used a larger oval ...cut it out first and left that larger piece for the flower area...

 temporarily glued the cantalope and WW piece and then cut oval and bottom scallop edge..you can't permanently glue the two together at this time...because the white piece needs to be embossed...yes, I could have prepped that part also but didn't ..did prep the cut ww piece and cut out the white oval before class....

 sorry...I took several and I mean several pictures to show how leaving the edge unglued adds dimension...this is the best of all....not good but think it shows the idea....after the oval crystal effect piece has dried....you use four dimensionals and glue the oval to the frame...and then add the corner dimensionals...

 the 1.25 scallop oval punch was used for the tag.....

I will try to put a tutorial on this technique within the week....using sahara sand...this is a case from Monika Davis's card...just changed the punch and placement of tag and buckle....

 this is made from one piece of paper......

 I would love to see this twine in our catalog....so easy to tie and placement is so wonderful...oh well...I can dream....lol....

Road to Happiness

This is a cased card....few things done differently.....I used regular foil on the scrap piece ...glued it with towbow multiglue and then attached to card base with sticky strip....want less mess...use our new foil sheets carried over from the holiday  mini...

 the cherry cobbler piece and the tag are the only two pieces that are popped up.....I didn't attach the wheel brads on the tires to the two pieces...just to the white...but corrected it in class...they did it right...lol....

 After stamping the car on a separate sheet of paper....I then did versamark...direct to paper technique and then used the irridescent embossing powder...the presents were stamped before adhering the car with dimensionsals...

the tag just has one modern label punch...with the cherry cobbler ..it is cut in half and then added to the popped saying.....

Peaceful Petals

When I created this card, I had help from my upline upline I believe...Linda Bauwin....I used a different flower and did some of the other things differently but it is her card......used Peaceful Petals...love that flower design ...so simple and elegant....used the smoky slate and cabana paper....you need to go in on each side (after card stock is cut 4.25 x 11) and score at 2 1/2 and then at 3 1/2 then used the biggest die and cut it 

on the magnetic plate(try to get under the non embossed area...so you don't nip a corner)...then emboss with the SAB dots EF....sooooo glad that will be in the catty this year....

 I colored the center of the flowers with wisteria and then used dazzling details on that part...colored the butterfly wisteria at the ends and in the middle and added just a hint of cabana between the colors and then used the dazzling details....this is a really pretty combination....it shows up pretty well in picture....attach with glue dot or dimensional...

Doesn't this card so remind you of Spring...it does me......so much color and blooms...that SAB paper is wonderful.....and love that framelit and Starburst sayings in the mini....

Would love to say I created this...but I didn't ...love the technique though..and the colors are delightful...you cut the framelit first in WW and then stamp in stazon  and then fussy cut the border...very easy card....

 Did this card in a former post but forgot to put what I had done on the inside...so here it is..using the washi tape....and sssssoooo glad that EF will be in the catalog this summer....

 use the gold washi tape on the inside....just tore it....
