Home Sweet Home thinlet dies...inspiration from UK for mug

I visited...stampinwithvicky from the UK...and absolutely loved her idea to use this die for the mug...you use part of the haunted house....and cut it off just above where the arched window is...and used the part above that for the coffee mug lid....

also used painter palette and timeless textures for the coffee spots...spills...love the cable embossing folder for the sleeve on the coffee...below is the inside of the card

Fiesta Birthday and FLoral birthday card from Oct class

I used the sugarplum ink and the sets....Crazy about you, Painters Paulette and Paisley & Posies ....the last one is from the holiday mini......used the edgelits for the leaves....aren't they great.    SU does such a great job with every detail...

 the small circle in the middle of the crazy for you flower is from the paisley set...love it...really makes the flower

close ups...used the DSP from the Blooms and Bliss in the catalog and the white paper used at the top of the front is from the holiday mini....The Fancy Frost specialty DSP..the white embossed area is raised....gorgeous paper....

 Used the festive embossing folder and the fiesta birthday stamp set for this card...used the colors pacific point, red and yellow to pop this card...and just love love love those enamel embellishments....

 used lot of labels framelits....

 I did use the tree builder punch for the banner flowers...and the half inch punch for the middle one....

Shutter Birthday card

Just loved the way this card turned out.....used the Floral Boutique DSP and the stamp set Flourishing Phrases........and also the edgelits for the front and inside.....

the banner pieces are 3.5 by 4 and cut into banner shapes after placement.....

Using Lovely Stitching..cased card

I loved this set when I first saw it ....ordered it and then did one of Stacey Lisk's swaps and Donna Bagwell came up with this design....isn't it lovely...lol......I changed the stamps and colors but the design is hers.....did this in Red and black......adding the botannical edgelits for the center

 the leaves were from the Paisleys and Posies...used the black twine...and added all the rhinestones for it to pop...

 the inside...if I had it to do over again....would have added some texture to the inside phrase for it to pop....

Sitting Here using masking

Did a more ornate card for a swap....will post later.....this was a class card....both pillows were masked and then back was swiped direct to paper with marina mist for sky effect....you can choose to mask the bench or not.....

The cat was stamped on the rug and shadowed with memento ink.....the colors on the swing are flamingo, turquoise, daffodil, cobbler and garden green....swing stamped in memento and with blended pen crumb cake was added

4 sympathy cards I had to make regarding a friend's death.....

Sorry for the delay in posting....am going to try to be more regular with the posting!!I really love this embossing folder and the flamingo with wasabi leaves is so pretty.....

 Night of Navy with the gold foil and gold embossing powder looks elegant....

 This one is a little busy...used the acetate sheets.....need to use for a class....

 it is very pretty up close and personal....lol......

This is a sympathy card for my class last month.....used part of the serene DSP for top half and then did stamp in old olive..used the lace on top...and showed the class how to pop vellum pieces using the stylus....depending on the piece they got, the arranged their card around it.....

Third and Fourth Chistmas series

Trying to get back on track....am sssssooooo far behind posting wise.....this is my last two series in my Christmas stack......the first one shown is the fouth Christmas series.....the first card is using the Star of Light #142110 from the Holiday mini.....if you NEED a catalog, message me.......I used the versamark with silver embossing powder....it really pops this card....

 The night of navy used to cut out the Starlight Thinlets Die #141840 is so elegant to say the least....if you want both the stamp set and the edgelits....buy the bundle #143508....a small rhinestone is used in the center.....with a phrase in the upper right hand corner...

 

The second card for this fourth Christmas series is the card below.....I had this card almost finished....got involved in a swap and loved loved loved Charlotte Coombes idea with the swirly edgelit of the DSP...thanks Charlotte!!

Used the Holiday set Jar of Cheer #142161.stamp set, the swirly framelit, the saying fom the set Reason for the Season on page 34 of the regular catalog.....and the canning edgelits....

the DSP and the swily edgelit makes this card.....

Used the new embossing red glitter from the holiday catalog....shows up much better up close and personal

Used the metallic red and white glitter twine for jar...

The third series .....did last month used the Greetings from Santa bundle fom the Holiday....#143524 for the clear set.....

 Used a sheet of 5.5 by 4.25 of the whisper white ....embossed the scroll and phrase on the inside with gold embossing powder.....

 PUT TWO RHINESTONES ON THE DOTS  ABOVE AND BELOW PHRASE.....and used the gold wink of stella to color them gold.....
    Here is the second card of this seies.....used the debossed part of the petal embossing folder for the garden green background.....used the set Peace this Christmas on pg 27 in the regular catalog...

Used the paper Christmas Specialty for the bottom and put a piece from the debossed piece and placed in the middle of the stripe.....used the oval layering edgelits.....and used wasabi paper with the pretty pines thinlets.....used suede card stock for the pine cones.....cherry cobbler paper was used fo the bow and the frame.....wink of stella clea was added to bow and fame to pop them....
